Professional background
As a multilingual mediator and coach with over 10 years of experience, I specialise in workplace conflict resolution, peace mediation, and leadership coaching. I help individuals and organisations navigate challenges across cultural contexts, offering services in English, French, Spanish, and German. I work internationally and online, providing tailored solutions for conflict resolution and leadership development.
I am accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and Conflict Dynamics as a Mediator. As a Coach, I am currently working towards accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well.
Since 2021, I have been an OECD Mediator reporting directly to the Secretary-General. In this role, I provide workplace mediation, facilitated dialogues, and individual conflict coaching, while also advising on workplace culture and recurring themes in employee concerns. Capacity building and training are integral parts of my work for the OECD. A conflict prevention and resolution training I co-designed—from concept to roll-out—is now mandatory for over 4,000 staff.
I have previously gained diverse and hands-on mediation experience in peace mediation working in inter-community conflicts and multi-stakeholder dialogue processes for the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Côte d’Ivoire. My professional mediation journey began as a Project Manager in commercial mediation at the Centre for ADR of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. At UWC International, I was a member of the management team and led a diverse global team, overseeing a broad portfolio that included handling complaints, safeguarding/child protection reports, as well as mental health and wellbeing programmes for both young people and staff.
By background, I am a fully qualified German lawyer with a French-German law degree (Ludwig Maximilians University, Munich and Panthéon-Assas University, Paris). My working languages are English, French, and German (native) and Spanish.
