About me
Professional background
As a multilingual Mediator, Ombuds and Coach with over 10 years of experience, I support individuals, teams and organisations in navigating challenges across cultural contexts, offering services in English, Spanish, French, and German (native).
Since 2021, I have been one of two OECD Mediators reporting directly to the Secretary-General. In this role, I provide workplace mediation, dialogue facilitation and individual conflict coaching, while also advising on workplace culture and recurring themes in employee concerns. Capacity building and training are integral parts of my work for the OECD. A conflict prevention and resolution training I co-designed—from concept to roll-out—is now mandatory for over 4,000 staff.
I have previously gained diverse and hands-on mediation experience in peace mediation working in inter-community conflicts and multi-stakeholder dialogue processes for the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Côte d’Ivoire. My mediation journey began as a Project Manager in commercial mediation at the Centre for ADR of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
At UWC International I was Head of Programme Development and Safeguarding and worked closely with the Executive Director and the UWC International Board. As a member of senior management I led a diverse global team with a broad portfolio ranging from fundraising and building up major donor programmes to coordinating mental health and wellbeing programmes for both young people and staff. I also managed internal complaints and conflict resolution processes as well as highly sensitive safeguarding/child protection reports as the organisation’s Safeguarding Officer after coordinating the drafting of a new safeguarding policy and setting up a reporting system.
Early in my career I worked for the German Parliament in international relations and completed my bar training with the Near East Department of the German Foreign Office in Berlin and at the Permanent Mission to the UN in New York in Human and Social Rights.
By background, I am a fully qualified German lawyer with a French-German law degree (Ludwig Maximilians University, Munich and Panthéon-Assas University, Paris).

Approach and values
My work is all about human connection and I am guided by professional and ethical standards set by CEDR, IMI, IOA and ICF.
In both mediation and coaching clients are at the centre of the process and can expect to be met with unconditional positive regard (Carl Rogers) and transparency in a judgement-free space.
My practice is grounded in humanistic values, with a focus on empathy, compassion, self-actualisation, and continuous learning.
